The Pitcock Law Group attorneys have experience in all stages of proceedings in the federal courts, including Markman hearings and appeals to the Federal Circuit. We have recently won a jury trial representing a small technology company as plaintiff against a major television network having vastly far more resources. Our attorneys have experience in numerous technologies, with particular experience in web-based applications (including mobile device apps), authentication devices and technology, fiber optics and laser telecommunications and computer hardware and software (including chip design and fabrication). Many of our attorneys have science and technical degrees as well as trial experience, have gained their experience at some of the top law firms in the country, and are well versed in understanding, explaining and ultimately persuading others on complex technical and legal issues.
