Jeremy Pitcock’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling with a particular emphasis on complex, high-technology patent litigation. He has first-chair trial experience, has been involved in all aspects of trial and appellate practice before Federal courts as lead counsel, and has successfully argued both summary judgment and Markman hearings. Mr. Pitcock has litigated patent matters and provided counsel on behalf of clients ranging from high-tech startups to Fortune 100 companies, with very successful outcomes in diverse fields including the following: fiber optic networks and optical components, network and microprocessor architecture, software used for Internet applications and for database synchronization, Ethernet routing and communications, semiconductor manufacture and fabrication, videoconferencing equipment and protocols, as well as pharmaceutical inventions and business methods.  In addition, he has extensive experience in copyright (particularly computer-related matters), trademark and trade secret litigation.  Mr. Pitcock has also provided strategic counseling in the areas of portfolio and prior art analyses to help his clients leverage their intellectual property and gain an edge over their competitors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pitcock’s strategic approach to litigation, together with his strong scientific background, has given him a reputation as an intellectual property litigator who produces the best possible results for his clients.  While The Pitcock Law Group has very competitive rates, the firm also considers alternative fee arrangements such as partial or full contingency fees in order to provide cost-effective legal representation.
